Food Drive Spirit of Giving

Kicked off on October 13, 2014, the 9th Annual Make a Difference Food Drive filled a school bus with as much food as could could fit!

Each school building and administration building participated in full force. The spirit of giving was so apparent on the faces of students as the school bus made its rounds to our 7 school buildings.

At East Vincent Elementary School, the entire student body stood on the curb chanting "Fill that Bus!"

Our thanks to Gross Bus Company for donating a bus, to Cindy for driving and hauling super heavy boxes, Mrs. Kira Rump for organizing, and the many clubs who rallied the troops to make a real difference. Thank you to all our students and families for helping fill the shelves at Coventry Food Pantry!

There will be another chance to donate at the REA Safe Halloween Night at the High School on Wednesday, October 29. Although we gathered a lot of food, the pantry serves more than 100 families and is in constant need of support.
