Coding Crew Continues Streak and App Team Recognized

The OJR High School Coding Crew participated in Widener University's 12th Annual High School Programming Competition.  Not only did the team of Ahmed Alveed, Andrew Kwiatkowski, and Michael Rauco place 1st, but they completed all eight problems with the best time of any team over the past 12 years. The team of Ahmed Alveed, Andrew Kwiatkowski, and Hrithik Sangani followed up by placing 1st in the Expert Division in the Lower Merion High School's 3rd Annual code and Programming Competition. Congratulations to OJR's Coding Crew Team 1 and Coding Crew Team 2 on their performance in Lockheed Martin's 2018 CodeQuest Programming Competition in King of Prussia, Saturday April 21, 2018. Congratulations to the runner-up team of the Congressional App Challenge from Pennsylvania’s Sixth Congressional District. A team of OJRHS students: Ahmed Alveed, Justin Schwenk, Syder Defibaugh, and Josh Diamond, designed the app Playmakerz Plus, which would allow sports teams to create a virtual playbook by hand-drawing plays and saving them in the app.
