Mock Trial on to PA Regional Semifinals

Mr. Keith Morris, advisor for the new Mock Trial Competition Team, provided the following news:


This week and in its inaugural year, the Owen J. Roberts High School Mock Trial Competition Team was one (1) of only four (4) teams in a field of 18 to go undefeated at the Justice Center in West Chester in stiff Chester County Competition.

On to Pennsylvania Regional Semifinals!

On Monday, February 4th, OJR Prosecution Team successfully convicted the accused over a practiced Bishop Shanahan High School.
On Tuesday, February 5th, OJR Defense Team successfully defended the accused over an aggressive and heavy-hitting Downingtown STEM Academy.

Regional Semifinals will include Delaware and Bucks Counties and will be held on Wednesday, February 27th.  Please congratulate these hard-working and motivated students!  This is an outstanding achievement for these students, our high school and District!
